DEVELOPING INTERCULTURAL TRAININGS IN ORGANIZATIONS

This Intercultural Communication workshop provided a hands-on introduction on how to design intercultural trainings and gain the knowledge needed to design and deliver cross cultural awareness programs within organizations. Designing any training program requires specific sequencing, skills and techniques. Participants utilized methodologies of cross-cultural training design, analyzed audiences, structured and delivered an effective cross-cultural training program.
